Great service looked after well
After a bad experience here in the past (would have been 0 stars) they have made up for it with really friendly and helpful staff. Didn't buy a SEAT in the end but would now recommend them.
We went to the Seat Menston to have general look. David walked us around and showed us the stock items. Very friendly and honest, and gave very good advice. Drove away in a Audi A5 S Line.David even gave my children a place to watch TV whilst we discussed the details. I could not recommend enough. If you go, ask for David.
I have had a car from this garage on PCP for three years now. I visited recently to discuss the possibility of a new car with PCP quotes I had received from reputable companies online. The quote I was presented with was 60 a month more expensive, with apparently no wriggle room at all. Surely enough I left the showroom. Completely uncompetitive and no loyalty to customers - they are happy for you to go and spend your money elsewhere!
Great experience part exchanging my old car and financing my new car.The car I viewed was immediately ready to be test driven and the staff were more than happy to schedule me in when it suited me. I was able to drive on different roads to get a good feel of the vehicle and Simon was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Within hours of test driving the car and talking through Finance options I was approved for Finance. Overall it was a very easy process, the staff were very accommodating and explained everything thoroughly. I had a Finance package that suited me perfectly and had driven away in my new car 5 days after first enquiring about it.
