Very courteous manager, however a serious mistake was made resulting in a worn tyre not being replaced as it should have been. A further visit was necessary to correct the mistake. Not happy with the claimed need for wheel alignment and at 80.00 it was an expensive piece of work. All in all I expected better of Kwik Fit.
Mostly the service is good here but on this occasion they had to order be a tyre and forgot to inform me when it arrived. Then I had the free tracking check which found a need to adjust. 59 to spend 10 minutes adjusting it seemed rather expensive.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Called in and got a good deal on two new tyres that were on offer! Very pleased will use again.
Good service as usual. Offer of 'free' alignment check resulted in the obvious recommendation to spend 59 on a 15 minute alignment; Can't rate that as genuine service, and shouldn't be held against the garage but the company.
