Wonderful looking range of products but disappointed with the customer service attitude from this company at the Autumn show at the South of England showground. I obviously didn't look the part of their ideal cliental and received rather brusque responses to my questions and really got the impression the salesman wanted me gone as soon as possible. Pity for them because I ended up spending several hundred pounds at a rival company at the show.
Love this shop. Reserved a couple of items for collection through Twitter! Excellent service both online and in-store. Throughly recommended.
