Wonderful service and absolutely stunning choice. Went in to choose curtains for 3 rooms and ended up doing every bedroom (12 in total!) Stunning choice of quality and exclusive designs.
Ive used Waltons in the past. They were quite expensive and rather grumpy then... However, we need multiple new curtains and blinds for our new house so thought wed give them a second go. All I can say is how rude?! The (bearded) man sat in the carpet section didnt even look up and say hello when we entered the show room which made us feel uncomfortable. We walked through to the fabric section and were then totally ignored there too by the multiple grumpy looking females who were working there. After 5 minutes we walked out. Ive subsequently spoken to other people in Ilkley who just laughed and said, Oh yes Waltons, theyre the miserable curtain and carpet people!!I really dont know how or why they stay in business. They obviously all hate working there.
