I have had the pleasure in recent months of working with Zoe, Steve and the rest of the Listers team in Ilkley when purchasing my Rolex and Omega watches. I have found every single member of the team to be friendly and professional, and the service to be second to none. The experience in purchasing a Rolex, which is already a major event in someones life, was inbelievable, the ilkley store has a downstairs Rolex room where one is seated when choosing, trying and sizing your watch. I was offered champagne, beer, or whatever I wanted really whilst in the store, it really was a fantastic experience. Zoe left me with a small selection of Rolex watches to choose from, there was no pressure at all. I subsequently purchased two Omegas very soon after my Rolex, and those purchases were perhaps slightly more casual, which was fine by me. In addition to the excellent service when purchasing my watches, the after sales has been amazing. Steve ordered a watch box for me, when I came to pay he kindly presented it to me for my birthday, which blew me away, I had fully intended on paying. Two months later my wife and I welcomed our first child, I rang Zoe (to make sure theyd remembered my order of the new Omega SMP!), and she straight away remembered we were expecting and asked about our new baby... a few days later (today in fact!), we have received the biggest and most beautiful bunch of flowers from the Listers team, and again I am utterly blown away! Having spent 11,000 in the space of one month, and having ordered a 3600 watch due for release in October, I guess I should expect a high level of service, but I do feel Listers goes above and beyond that, and I will continue to purchase my watches and soon jewellery from them Im sure. Its also nice to have staff who can stick with you when you have a good knowledge of watches and movements, Im no huge watch nerd but I do know my stuff and my brands, and the staff can talk to me at my level, which helps! I really see no reason to go to a mainstream jewellers, none of the big names offer service like Listers, and the prices are no different... Thank you Listers, I will see you soon (in October, dont forget my order!)...

Tried to rip me off with gold prices I went elsewhere and was offered 1000.00 more . They were not happy to make a profit on the goods they tried to sell me but also to scam me over my goods . No objection to anyone making a fair profit to not to try Con people . Personally I would never do business with them . They should remember when something good happens to you you may tell your friends and family , when something bad happens to you , you tell everyone !
