Been having trouble with my back door lock for months. Sometimes it would open and sometimes not. Called Ken at 5pm and arranged a visit the very next morning. Called andertons last night when my lock failed on my unit in Ilkley.They charged a reasonable call out fee, I had well and truly Buggered the lock.He got me back in and even replaced the lock and managed to keep the original key for the lock.
