Been working with Jane since 2014 and my body is probably in the best condition it has been since my spinal injury 20 years ago. Thoroughly recommend Ilkley Physio to anyone, especially if you enjoy a good dose of healthy banter complimenting the expertise Jane brings to each session.

Knowledge was extensive, felt great the next day. They have access to the gym so he was able to show me where I went wrong and how to get stronger without damaging myself again. Couldn't ask for more.
