We have shopped here three times before and ALWAYS had great service. Plus the kids loved their shoes!!! They have a nice range of shoes.I visited today to check winter shoes for our four year old boy having had no success finding shoes anywhere else that he likes. Potential sale for a good independent shop?I don't usually post negative reviews however...We were met by a lady who we have never seen before who asked "doesn't he just wear what you tell him to wear?" I have no desire to do business with someone with this attitude let alone expose our children to them. I politely said that I cannot do business with you. She laughed out loud.Children have their own personalities, character and surely deserve to choose their own shoes before being sent back to the workhouse to do as they are told!The unfortunate thing is that we need to find a new children's shoe shop.
Excellent knowledgable staff. They will help you find the right shoe for your kids and if they don't have anything suitable, they will tell you, not try to force you to buy something.
