It was easy to locate the Valley Clinic in Ilkley where I received a warm welcome from staff and enjoyed my brief wait in the clean, crisp reception area.Monica introduced herself and talked me through the intended treatment.Monica was friendly and reassuring as she conducted the deep muscle massage on my shoulders, back and calves, clearly identifying the knots in my shoulders. She spoke with authority about the importance of physical exercise, conveying enthusiasm about her own fitness regime, personal training and coaching. I emerged from the treatment feeling energised and somehow lighter. I felt more relaxed and was able to sleep soundly that evening. I feel that the tension I have experienced in my neck and shoulders due to poor posture and working conditions has considerably improved. I have no hesitation in recommending Monicas Strength and Rehab at the Valley Clinic as I fully intend to return for a further Sport Massage session.Louise Arnott
