We came in last minute, bit of a rush but the staff were so lovely and despite being close to closing time they were patient and the food itself was lovely. Great service from one of the best local fisheries.
Superb fish and chips and service. Paid on my card (which is great how theyve got that facility in now). Just a heads up if youre reading this, you have to order 5 or over to pay by card (there are signs up though stating this and the staff informed me before I placed my order). Also after reading the previous review, every time Ive been in the staff at the chippy always run through my order again to make sure everythings correct before they take my cash/pay by card, so theres ample of time to add to your order or change your mind. Definitely the best takeaway in the Wharfedale area!!
Spent 30 on card, forgot to buy source, wouldn't let me buy source on card because of minimum spend. Not very accommodating. I remember why I got to the Maypole in Otley now.
