Shite, just Been there because the reviews made it out to be the best kebab shop in ilkley. Mixed kebab all took from a pan and fried up the only edible things were the fries, disgusting and the staff were all ignorant all taking it in turns to look around the corner at me with their big wirey beards
I come here regularly, and for the most part, I receive good service and tasty food.However.On one occasion, I was left thoroughly disappointed when after having ordered a pizza, I returned to the counter to collect it and was met with sheer rudeness. I was aggressively told by the man that I had not ordered a pizza even though I had the change to prove it. The man threatened to call the police after I tried to reason with him and explain that I had bought a pizza and there had evidently been a mistake. He tried telling me that it was on CCTV, and when I asked to see it, I was just met with him telling me that he'd phone the police. After a while, I decided to give in and subsequently left. I still haven't had that pizza as it transpired someone else took it when it was ready.
