it's a good restaurant that we made a reservation for 12:30 for 6 of us we walked in and the place is practically empty it shortly filled up the food here is excellent the deserts are good and you will leave stuffed it's also going to change into the ilkley cow they're changing the name from the Moody cow January 1st it'll be called the ilkley cow.The photo of the TALL burger with a knife through it does not exist at the "Ilkley Cow" that was the reason I initially came. photo is by Joanne Brook -Smith. It would be respectable to update your photos to reflect a real menu that one can order so that your customers are not disappointed before they even get your food. I will be happy to edit this review anytime things change. My burger was great even though my initial expectations were not:-)
Great food and service. It has a relaxed atmosphere and was quiet when we went on Boxing Day. Staff were friendly and attentive. The only criticism is that the mains were brought out literally 2 minutes after we finished the starters. Not a big deal but did feel a bit rushed. However, would definitely return.
A modern place with a cool style that's really laid back. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu was varied and the food was really delicious
This place was AMAZING! We arrived on a Friday night without a booking and the staff were more than accommodating at finding us a table straight away. They asked us if we wanted a drink when we sat down and we said we needed more time to decide which they gave us and we never felt rushed. We ordered from a special deal, 49.95 for a couple which got you you two fillet steaks and a bottle of wine of your choice, and we also decided to get a starter each of calamari and a pulled pork scotch egg. I can honestly say this was the most incredible food Ive had in a long time both starter and main. The calamari was beautifully cooked and seasoned and the scotch egg was perfect with a runny yolk. The steaks were cooked to perfection and couldnt fault them at all. Literally couldnt recommend this place enough. I would even travel from Harrogate every weekend to eat here. Wonderful food and a wonderful experience with incredible staff. Will definitely be recommending!
